Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop distributed platform engineering teams
Set team mission, roadmap, priorities, and success measures
Build golden paths for delivery, identity, networking, and observability
Guide cloud infrastructure and developer tooling decisions




Establish platform guardrails supporting security and operational excellence
Requirements: Experience leading software or platform engineering teams
Recent cloud-native or related technical engineering experience
Experience with developer platforms or infrastructure automation
Ability to balance reliability, security, compliance, and cost
Solid written and verbal communication skills
