On the Legal Products Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will design, build, and improve AI-powered workflows for legal practice. The work combines legal knowledge with technology fluency, customer discovery, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation. You will turn customer needs into practical solutions while collaborating with engineering, product, legal, and design partners.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy AI solutions for complex legal workflows
Lead customer discovery, pilots, onboarding, and enablement programs
Build Python-based workflow prototypes and automations
Evaluate legal AI outputs for accuracy,
relevance, reliability, and usability
Develop benchmarks, rubrics, and regression checks for evaluation
Requirements: JD or LLB required or strongly preferred
Five-plus years professional experience, including two legal years
Fluency in legal terminology and legal-team experience
Advanced prompt-engineering and LLM evaluation knowledge
Solid client-facing communication and ethical AI commitment
Use legal practice knowledge, prompt engineering, Python, and AI evaluation to build trusted solutions with Thomson Reuters customers.
