Senior Business Analyst expertise in requirements management and stakeholder collaboration supports Allshores’ complex insurance workplace. Periodic travel is required.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors. You will translate business needs into practical solutions across multi-jurisdiction and multi-product insurance initiatives. The work spans planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, delivery, and validation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop analysis plans, scope, success criteria, and delivery measures
Conduct workshops, interviews, surveys, and process observations
Manage requirements traceability and change control
Document specifications, use cases, models, and acceptance criteria




Support solution assessments and User Acceptance Testing
Requirements: Eight or more years of progressive business analysis experience
Degree or equivalent education, certification, and demonstrated experience
Insurance or pension services industry experience
Knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and analysis concepts
Experience with predictive and adaptive delivery methodologies
Apply business analysis, insurance knowledge, and requirements expertise to support Allshores’ enterprise transformation initiatives across jurisdictions.
