Coordinate Oracle Health implementation readiness for Brightshores Health System, applying enterprise networking, device deployment, and identity expertise.
This Technical Lead supports adoption of the TransForm Shared Service Organization regional Oracle Health platform. You will coordinate technical delivery across multiple Brightshores locations, working with Oracle Health, TSSO, infrastructure, cybersecurity, clinical engineering, and operational teams. The role covers adoption rather than building.
Key Responsibilities: Translate shared technical standards into Brightshores implementation plans
Coordinate network, wireless, firewall, and remote connectivity readiness
Deploy workstations, mobile devices, scanners, and printers across sites
Coordinate interfaces, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities
Document risks, dependencies,



decisions, status, and operational transition
Requirements: Minimum five years supporting complex enterprise or healthcare environments
Experience with organization-wide technology transformation or HIS implementation
Knowledge of Active Directory, single sign-on, monitoring, and service support
Project coordination experience with vendors, procurement, and concurrent dependencies
Robust analytical, facilitation, communication, and troubleshooting skills
Bring Oracle Health implementation coordination, infrastructure knowledge, and stakeholder leadership to Brightshores’ multi-site HIS renewal program.
