This Strategic Pursuit Manager role leads positioning and capture activities supporting high-value strategic growth. You will research markets, identify differentiators, and shape compelling win themes. Collaboration with business, market, regional, technical, and external partners is central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Implement capture plans for strategic opportunities
Identify differentiators through competitive intelligence
Collaborate with leadership teams on pipeline growth
Facilitate cross-functional pursuit collaboration




Champion lessons learned and continuous improvement
Requirements: Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
8+ years of strategic pursuit or capture management experience
Robust procurement knowledge for Alternative Delivery Projects
Experience with proposal systems and CRM platforms
Ability to influence matrixed teams and manage deadlines
Bring capture management, competitive intelligence, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills to WSP’s Western Canada pursuits.
