As an SEO Strategist, you own search for urgent care groups operating multiple sites. You set technical roadmaps, prioritize content, and explain ranking changes to clients. Your work spans technical SEO, keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and multi-location search. Writers and AI produce drafts while you make strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture
Develop keyword strategies and on-page optimization priorities
Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
Direct links, local search, and multi-location SEO




Report through GA4 and Search Console; maintain quarterly roadmaps
Requirements: At least three years of hands-on SEO experience
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
