As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager, you will help a technology team deliver in small, sustainable increments. You will guide planning, delivery, feedback, and improvement while helping priorities and capacity remain realistic. The work emphasizes team flow, learning, and practical adaptation rather than ownership of a fixed project baseline.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate planning, reviews, retrospectives, and day-to-day team coordination
Make work in progress, blockers, and dependencies visible
Clarify outcomes, acceptance expectations, and capacity trade-offs with product partners
Use flow measures and feedback to identify delays
Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and uncertainty to stakeholders
Requirements: Experience guiding an Agile technology team through delivery and improvement
Solid facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or similar approaches
Ability to address impediments without removing team accountability
Experience handling difficult changes in priority
