This Director of Finance role anchors financial operations across Canadian and US entities and partners directly with the Chief Financial Officer. You will oversee fractional finance resources, intercompany accounting, tax coordination, treasury workflows, and consolidated planning. Your analysis will support client profitability, billable realization, utilization, pricing, and resource decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure financial integrity across Canadian and US entities
Coordinate tax, audit, filings, and regulatory compliance
Oversee intercompany agreements and transfer pricing compliance




Monitor liquidity, foreign exchange risk, and banking workflows
Analyze agency metrics for pricing and resource planning
Requirements: Eight-plus years of progressive finance and accounting experience
Experience leading finance responsibilities and external partners
Practical US and Canada cross-border expertise
Advertising, marketing services, or professional services experience preferred
Solid analytical skills and meticulous financial attention
