As Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead enterprise-wide financial processes across Milton Hydro’s regulated and unregulated businesses. Your work connects financial results with operational drivers through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. The position supports regulatory planning, OEB-related activities, and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate assumptions, timelines, and deliverables across Finance and operations
Consolidate business-unit and subsidiary budgets and forecasts
Monitor actual and committed OM&A; spending and year-end results
Support regulatory planning, applications,



and OEB-related activities
Improve reporting consistency across regulated and unregulated operations
Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure management
Understanding of integrated financial statements and their interrelationships
Working knowledge of Ontario electricity and OEB regulatory environments
Knowledge of OEB APH and MIFRS considered an asset
Experience advising operational and non-finance stakeholders
Use utility-sector financial expertise, regulatory awareness, and business partnership skills to strengthen Milton Hydro’s planning discipline.
