You will build dashboards, semantic models, scorecards, and self-service capabilities. The role partners with Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, and other leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain end-to-end Specialty Pharmacy reporting solutions
Build reusable Power BI dashboards, models, and scorecards
Define measures and translate requirements into technical designs
Analyze trends, risks, anomalies,



and operational exceptions
Establish governance, validation, lineage, and reporting controls
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Five-plus years of relevant analytics or industry experience
Hands-on Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, DAX, and Power Query
Experience with data modeling and large datasets
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
Lead scalable Power BI analytics and reporting with Snowflake, SQL, governance, and commercial data expertise at Alexion.
