The position also includes related administrative duties and supervision of designated Maintenance staff and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance duties for buildings, grounds, and equipment
Complete repairs involving carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting
Supervise designated Maintenance staff and related contractors
Handle related administrative duties under general supervision
Requirements: Grade 10 education
Three years of recent related experience
Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Organize work and operate related equipment
Bring practical repair expertise, physical ability, and effective communication to Northern Health’s Bulkley Lodge maintenance team.
