Key Responsibilities: Discover requirements with Finance, People, and Sales Operations stakeholders
Architect and build Java microservices and integration pipelines
Develop internal dashboards using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
Mentor engineers through design reviews and coding practices
Deploy AI workflows with AWS Bedrock and enterprise systems
Requirements: Eight-plus years of software engineering experience
Two-plus years in staff, technical lead, or principal capacity
Production expertise with Java 17/21 and Spring Boot
Experience with AWS, enterprise integrations, and relational databases
