As a Motivator at the Rideau Centre club, you greet members and potential members, support positive experiences, and maintain a welcoming, clean, protected environment. You will answer calls, manage appointments, explain memberships, and assist with club systems. The position also includes FitFix support, member issue resolution, sales opportunities, and required learning.
Key Responsibilities: Greet members and check them into the club
Handle calls, messages, and appointment bookings efficiently
Answer questions about FitFix and Cardio machines
Resolve member concerns and update membership information
Complete cleaning tasks, club runs, and FitFix sessions
Requirements: CPR-A and AED Certification
Smart Tan certification within three months of employment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency and customer service skills
Knowledge of the fitness industry
