Lead local developers while partnering with Institutional Securities Group business and technology teams. Industrialize solutions from proof-of-concept to production-ready platforms with scalability, resiliency, and operational excellence.

Design reusable LLM architectures and integration frameworks
Define KPIs and communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders
Requirements: At least 10 years of software development experience
