This full-time Bakery/Deli Supervisor works 40 hours weekly across weekday and weekend mornings, afternoons, and evenings. You will support store management by coordinating department activities, guiding team members, and helping achieve budgeted goals. Customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Organize, direct, and coordinate bakery and deli department activities
Order, receive, and display merchandise accurately
Process paperwork promptly and accurately
Assist with team member management and leadership
Maintain clean, protected, customer-focused operations
Requirements: Proven ability to lead a team in fast-paced environments
