Thrive Group is hiring a Personal Attendant for its Carey House program. Carey House provides 24/7 support to 12 individuals in a shared-living home. The position supports daily living, social development, self-care direction, and residents’ fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal support services during overnight shifts
Assist residents with activities of daily living
Provide personal care and self-care assistance
Support residents’ social development and quality of life
Encourage development across all areas of life
Requirements: Prior disability or senior support experience is an asset
Personal support, healthcare, or first aid certification preferred
Empathy for physical and emotional needs is essential
Strong communication, English, organization, and problem-solving skills
Availability for 24-hour, seven-day scheduling requirements
