Showroom & Seating Consultant – Ergonomic Office Seating (B2B) ergoCentric | Edmonton, AB | Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30–4:30 | Hourly, based on experience
ergoCentric designs and builds ergonomic seating in Canada for offices, healthcare and 24/7 operations. Our Edmonton showroom serves business, government and institutional clients across Alberta.
The role You'll run the Edmonton showroom day to day, often on your own, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. Clients come to us for chairs that actually fit, and you'll make that happen: ask the right questions, fit them properly, and turn what you learn into an accurate quote. Some fittings and inspections take place at client sites.
What you'll do Schedule and run chair fittings, in the showroom and at client sites
Build accurate quotes in our quoting system based on each client's requirements




Inspect chairs for service and warranty requests, and report findings to our service team for parts and labour approval
Order parts and products as needed
Answer showroom calls and emails promptly and professionally
Keep the showroom clean, organized and client-ready
What you bring Experience in the office furniture industry (required)
Confidence and composure with directors, executives and business leaders
A quick learner who picks up new products and software fast
Organized and self-directed; you stay on top of things without someone checking in
Flexible: some days you're fitting a client, others you're quoting, inspecting or ordering
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
