You will recruit across the Canada Nitrogen portfolio for professional, technical, operational, trades, and leadership positions. The work includes advising hiring leaders and managing recruitment activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across Canada Nitrogen positions
- Develop sourcing and talent pipeline strategies
- Engage passive candidates through sourcing channels
- Advise leaders using market intelligence and recruitment data
- Manage screening, interviews, offers, and hiring processes
Requirements:
- Five or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience partnering with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and market insights
- Solid attention to detail and data accuracy
- Knowledge of recruitment process compliance
