Coordinate HVAC service calls for Westisle Heating & Cooling in Duncan, using dispatching and customer service skills. Work weekdays from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

This permanent full time Service Dispatcher connects customers, technicians and the office. You will schedule service and installation work, answer inquiries, create work orders, and coordinate residential installs. HVAC experience is not required, because training is provided on the HVAC side.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and installation work
- Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Create accurate work orders in Service Fusion
- Coordinate residential installs, sub-trades, equipment ordering and site readiness
- Update customers when service timelines change

Requirements:

- Dispatch, customer service or administrative coordination experience
- Confidence handling high call and task volumes
- Strong organization and professional phone communication
- Computer skills and Microsoft Office comfort
- High school diploma or equivalent
