The Team Lead assists the Store Manager with daily store operations and team development. You will resolve customer inquiries, process POS transactions, manage inventory, and maintain visual standards. The position also supports sales goals, scheduling, training, and store coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members toward sales targets
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges through the POS system
- Support receiving, inventory management, and cycle counts
- Perform store management responsibilities when the manager is absent

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably supervisory
- Robust customer service commitment and professional approach
