Lead steel structure production in Trois-Rivières through personnel management, technical drawing interpretation, and coordinated in office execution. This permanent full-time role follows a Monday-to-Friday day shift.

As Production Team Leader, you supervise multiple workers on assigned jobs and coordinate steel structure manufacturing. You distribute tasks efficiently while following priorities established with the Site Manager and Project Manager. The position requires previous personnel management experience in production leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Prior personnel management experience as Production Team Leader

- Valid Construction Safety Awareness certification or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license or equivalent
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
