Lead customer service and lending operations at LendDirect’s Medicine Hat branch, supporting loans, coaching, and daily branch growth. This is an onsite role.
As Assistant Branch Manager, you will work alongside the Branch Manager to guide customers toward financial solutions. You will support new and refinanced loans, delinquency management, marketing strategies, business relationships, and team development. The position includes ongoing training and personal goal setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing strategies supporting branch growth and goals
- Assist with current and refinanced loans compliantly
- Address delinquent accounts and identify customer solutions
- Coach, train, and support team members
- Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree considered an asset
- One to two years’ consumer finance experience preferred
- Ability to influence and lead others
- Experience guiding clients through processes
