Job Summary The Production Worker/Machine Operator supports manufacturing operations by preparing materials, operating production equipment, and completing assembly, inspection, and packaging tasks. This hands-on role uses machining and mechanical skills to help keep work accurate, organized, and moving smoothly. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC equipment, including CNC lathes, milling machines, and press brake machines, following work instructions and safe operating practices.
- Read orders, PO sheets and drawings, working with our computer based production system.
- Use calipers and hand tools, and apply basic math to check dimensions and product quality.
- Assist with assembly, welding, packaging, and material movement; use a forklift when qualified and assigned.
- Installing LED lighting in the lightboxes: wiring the LED modules, strips & soldering the connections
- Monitor equipment, report issues, and maintain orderly work areas. Your impact:

Qualifications Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, manufacturing or machining capability, blueprint reading, basic math, and attention to quality support safe, accurate production work. Preferred: Experience with CNC programming, brake press & saws. Soldering & low-voltage wiring. Is aware of warehouse operations, forklift use, welding, assembly, packaging, and related production equipment can broaden your contribution. Pay: From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
