We’re a local general contractor specializing in institutional, commercial, and industrial construction across Greater Victoria.

- Formwork, framing and general commercial carpentry.




- Construction of foundations, walls and roof systems.
- Exterior building work.
- Installation of doors, frames, hardware, trim, stairs and interior finishes.
- Working with site supervisors and other trades to solve problems and deliver quality work.
- Maintaining a safe, organized work area. Who we’re looking for You’re a Red Seal Carpenter with at least four years of hands-on construction experience who:
- Takes ownership of the quality of your work.
- Brings sound carpentry knowledge and safe work practices.
- Can work independently and contribute to a team.
- Shows up reliably and communicates clearly.
