As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will develop a foundation across sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology. Ongoing training and mentoring introduce Penske processes and technology. You will support local, national, and Fortune 500 accounts while developing management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions
Manage vehicle inventory and balance fleet productivity
Generate current business leads and foster customer relationships
Ensure complete customer satisfaction
Complete other projects assigned by the supervisor
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Marketing preferred
Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
Ability to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel into the United States for training
