Key Responsibilities: Provide legendary customer experiences and establish customer satisfaction
Coach associates to maximize sales behaviors and success
Recruit, hire, staff, train, and develop the store team




Analyze business performance and create action plans
Direct merchandise flow, policies, visual standards, and loss prevention
Requirements: Minimum three years in specialty, luxury, or comparable retail
