Key Responsibilities: Maintain and repair assigned buildings and grounds
Repair doors, windows, appliances, and office equipment
Inspect facilities and complete needed maintenance
Complete scheduled building and equipment checklists
Report major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action
Requirements: Previous maintenance experience preferred
Follow basic safety procedures and precautions
Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills
Work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Lift, bend, push, pull, walk, and stand as required
