This experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist supports a finance team within the consumer goods sector. The hands-on work covers payments, invoices, credits, collections, and customer accounts. Strong communication, organization, Excel, and accounting software skills support accurate, timely account administration.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily accounts receivable activities and payment applications
Follow up with customers on outstanding balances and collections
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Process customer credits and return or credit requests
Maintain accurate records,



documentation, and supporting schedules
Requirements: Two or more years of accounts receivable experience
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfort communicating with customers about outstanding balances
