As Director, Workplace Strategy, you’ll lead the evolution and implementation of CIBC’s Global Workplace Experience Strategy. You’ll translate strategy into design standards and enablement approaches for enterprise transformation projects. Your work will align workplace experience with business priorities, future workforce needs, and enterprise transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities: Translate global workplace strategy into practical design strategies
Provide advice across real estate transformation projects
Evaluate trends, employee feedback, and workplace data




Develop change materials and enablement approaches
Present recommendations and business cases to senior leaders
Requirements: Ten years’ experience in workplace strategy and transformation
Experience with workplace design or employee experience
Degree or diploma in a relevant field
Solid analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Experience influencing leaders across complex organizations
Lead workplace transformation at CIBC by combining strategic insight, research, collaboration, and clear executive recommendations in Toronto.
