This Embodied Carbon Service Group Director leads delivery for real estate owners and occupiers while advancing Stok’s market approach. The work spans portfolio accounting, whole building LCAs, supply chain engagement, and strategic decarbonization recommendations. You will balance billable technical advisement with team leadership, change management, sales support, and external profile building.
Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on embodied carbon portfolios and decarbonization
Identify service gaps and lead technical innovation
Refine pricing, sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies
Support recruitment, onboarding, mentorship,



and team development
Build visibility through conferences, associations, and published content
Requirements: Six to twelve years in sustainability industry roles
Four to eight years focused on embodied carbon
Experience delivering for large corporate consulting clients
Knowledge of LEED, ILFI, commercial development, and materials decarbonization
Strong executive communication and team-oriented leadership skills
Use embodied carbon expertise, strategic consulting, and relationship leadership to expand Stok’s decarbonization services.
