Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice, transactions, and banking problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking




Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
Recommend improvements to branch operations and processes
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Solid communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
Use customer experience, digital education, and banking knowledge to help TD customers find appropriate financial solutions.
