The Social Media Specialist manages organic social activity and online reputation for Big Box Outlet Store. You will own content ideas, store capture, short-form video, copy, publishing, community engagement, Google Reviews, and practical reporting. The full-time role reports to VP Sales, with a dotted line to retail support.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a two-week social content calendar and weekly publishing priorities
Film, photograph, write, and edit store content
Publish accurate posts, links, and accessible content
Monitor comments, messages, Google Reviews,



and store information
Review results and recommend social improvements
Requirements: Two or more years of social media experience
Practical portfolio demonstrating relevant content production
Hands-on filming, editing, and copywriting skills
Experience managing community replies and basic analytics
Retail or multi-location experience is an asset
