As a Member Advisor, you will identify member needs, recognize life stages, and provide financial advice or referrals. You will assist with online banking setup, process transactions, and promote Tru Cooperative Bank products and services. Accuracy, discretion, and relationship building guide member interactions.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with current and potential members
Identify life stages and recommend financial solutions
Assist with online banking setup and digital channels
Process accounts, cards, deposits, and other transactions
Achieve individual sales and referral targets
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
Two years of retail or customer service experience
Sales and cash handling experience preferred
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office
Use financial conversations, digital banking support, and accurate transactions to create stronger member relationships at Tru Cooperative Bank.
