This Operations Controller provides operational support within Gucci’s luxury retail environment. You will oversee shipping, receiving, merchandise movement, inventory accuracy, and operational troubleshooting. The role also supports management with documentation, repairs, supplies, physical maintenance, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Execute shipping and receiving processes accurately
Coordinate merchandise transfers, returns, and damage procedures
Maintain organized stockroom operations and inventory records




Process repairs and damages according to guidelines
Support compliance, security, facilities, and supply needs
Requirements: Two to three or more years’ similar experience
Fashion retail or luxury sector experience preferred
Strong inventory organization and stock management accuracy
Knowledge of inventory software and stock control procedures
Flexibility for wide-ranging hours, weekends, and holidays
