Build reusable LLM and generative AI workflows for Chubb’s global Finance Transformation program, using Python, MLOps, and modern AI frameworks. This full time position supports enterprise finance capabilities.
The AI Engineer develops scalable solutions for close, reconciliation, reporting, anomaly detection, and related controllership processes. You will work across Finance, IT, Global Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Risk. The focus is production delivery, model lifecycle management, and compliant-by-design implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop LLM and generative AI workflow pipelines
Apply CI/CD, versioning, testing, and model governance
Translate finance requirements into robust technical solutions




Identify automation opportunities using NLP and predictive analytics
Track progress and communicate stakeholder issues
Requirements: Two to five years of AI Engineering or Machine Learning experience
Deep production Python coding and review expertise
LLM lifecycle knowledge, including tuning and deployment
Experience with cloud platforms and high-throughput architectures
Strong data engineering, NLP, and large-scale dataset fundamentals
Bring LLM engineering, Python, and MLOps capabilities to compliant global finance transformation initiatives.
