The Host/Support associate supports front-of-house and food service operations for smooth, efficient dining experiences. Duties include seating guests, managing waitlists, running food, and expediting. The position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and requires Serving It Right certification, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and assist with seating and waitlists
Answer basic menu, dietary, and restaurant questions
Run food and coordinate timing between kitchen and servers
Maintain clean, organized host and service areas
Support banquet setups, in-room dining, and off-site events
Requirements: Serving It Right Certification
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Commitment to high customer service standards
Ability to remain calm in quick-paced environments
Ability to work independently and with teams
