Deliver exceptional bakery customer service at South Country Co-op’s Taber Food Store while bagging bread and maintaining clean displays. Full availability is required.
Reporting to the Baker Manager, this Bakery Clerk serves customers and supports daily bakery operations. Duties include bagging buns and bread, slicing bread, housekeeping, light cleaning, and possibly decorating products. Bakery or retail experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent service to bakery customers
Bag buns and bread for customers
Slice bread according to bakery needs
Perform housekeeping and light cleaning duties
Help decorate bakery products when required
Requirements: Robust customer service and communication skills
Ability to work within multi-generational teams
At least 18 years old and Grade 9 completed
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Full weekday and weekend availability from 4am to 10pm
