This senior General Manager works in tandem with the Artistic Director and reports to the Board of Directors. Inside Out Theatre provides drama education and theatre production opportunities to people with mixed abilities. The position oversees nonprofit operations, promotion, finances, fund development, and program coordination. Candidates need theatre arts or arts administration education, nonprofit administration experience, and solid communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Administer day-to-day organizational operations
Supervise and contract staff
Develop production and program promotion strategies




Develop budgets and oversee fiscal challenges
Coordinate fundraising, grants, venues, partners, and events
Requirements: Post-secondary theatre arts or arts administration education
Minimum two years nonprofit administration experience
Fundraising and budgeting experience
Familiarity with the Canadian theatre community
Word, Excel, social media, and communication proficiency
