WCB-Alberta seeks a temporary, full-time Review Clerk for Claims Records Services. You will assess claim files, medical information packages, and external information requests. Your decisions support accurate disclosure under the Workers’ Compensation Act, Protection of Privacy Act, and Access to Information Act.
Key Responsibilities: Determine access rights to claim records using sound judgment
Redact sensitive information according to established procedures
Review medical packages against applicable privacy guidelines
Examine files for compliance with legislative sections




Identify information requiring release or withholding
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
Experience applying POPA and ATIA
Robust attention to detail during extended document reviews
Proficiency with Adobe Pro, eCO, Image, and PAM
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Apply privacy legislation, analytical review, and independent judgment while supporting accurate claims-record disclosure at WCB-Alberta in Edmonton.
