StoryBook Theatre seeks an experienced professional dance artist to instruct students aged 6–18. The Ellie Tims Project provides introductory performing arts lessons for students who otherwise cannot afford them. This position focuses on dance instruction, theatre education, and organized classroom delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Teach dance fundamentals to students aged 6–18
Share theatre and performing arts with young artists
Manage dance classrooms effectively
Plan organized instructional sessions
Instruct Friday evening dance sessions
Requirements: Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualified experience
Minimum two years teaching or directing experience
Passion for sharing theatre with young artists
Strong classroom management skills
Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
