Job Summary As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll welcome guests, support smooth restaurant service, and help create a clean, friendly dining experience. You’ll work closely with colleagues to keep service organized and guests informed. Responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer questions, take orders, and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit.
- Use POS systems, where applicable, to process orders and payments accurately; handle cash and perform basic math.
- Support serving, food preparation, and safe food handling while following food safety and sanitation practices.
- Manage time effectively, keep front-of-house areas clean, and communicate guest needs to kitchen and service colleagues. Experience Required: Clear communication, customer service, time management, basic math,



and careful attention to food handling, food safety, and sanitation support effective daily service. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, hospitality, guest services, serving, cashiering, or kitchen experience; familiarity with POS, cash handling, food preparation, and upselling is an advantage. Your impact: Accurate orders and attentive service help guests enjoy their visit and enable colleagues to coordinate smoothly. Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 12.0 per week
