Construction Helper / General Labourer CanaDeck Inc. is looking for a reliable and hardworking helper to join our team We build and repair decks, fences, stairs, and other outdoor projects in Langley and nearby areas. No experience? No problem We are happy to train someone who is willing to learn and work hard.

What you'll do
- Help build decks, fences, and stairs.
- Use basic hand tools and power tools.
- Carry materials and prepare job sites.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow instructions and learn current skills.
- Work on your own when you are ready. What we're looking for:
- Someone we can count on.
- Shows up on time and ready to work.
- Works hard and pays attention to details.
- Learns quickly and takes initiative.




- Can follow instructions and work independently.
- Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work.
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required.
