Required Skills
- Strong experience in enterprise application, middleware, API, and production support.
- Hands-on experience with API Gateway/API Management platforms and REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, SSL/TLS, certificates, keystores, truststores, and mTLS.
- Proficiency in Splunk for log analysis and Dynatrace for monitoring, tracing, and performance troubleshooting.
- Robust troubleshooting skills across connectivity, configuration, availability, and performance issues.
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management, including runbook and operational documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and support production and non-production environments. Nice To Have
- IBM middleware/API technologies and financial-services experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, vulnerability management, and security remediation.
