We’re looking for an organized, creative Retail Merchandising Manager to lead product presentation and merchandising at Sherwood Discounters. The ideal candidate has previous retail experience, hands-on experience merchandising products, and a strong eye for detail. Job Duties
- Plan and maintain attractive product displays, floor sets, and visual merchandising throughout the store.
- Ensure merchandise is presented according to company guidelines and brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product placement, replenishment, and seasonal transitions.
- Review sales trends and customer feedback to help improve product placement and sell-through.
- Collaborate with store leadership and sales associates to support merchandising plans.
- Train team members on display standards, product presentation, and merchandising procedures.
- Keep displays, fixtures, and sales areas clean, organized, and up to date.
- Assist with promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Track merchandising results and share updates with management.
- Follow all store safety and operational procedures. Requirements
- Previous experience in retail.




- Previous experience merchandising products in a retail environment.
- Solid visual and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead, train, and communicate effectively with a team.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to review sales or inventory information and use it to guide merchandising decisions.
- Flexible availability, including evenings & weekends as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move merchandise during a shift; lift up to 50lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous merchandising, visual merchandising, or retail leadership experience.
- Experience using point-of-sale or inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of current retail trends and product-display techniques. Pay: From $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
