Overview As a Tool & Die Apprentice, you’ll build practical manufacturing and machining skills while supporting toolmaking, component production, and assembly. You’ll work with experienced colleagues to help produce accurate parts and keep shop work moving safely and efficiently. Duties
- Assist with machining and assembly tasks
- Use Milling, Drilling and Grinding equipmnet
- Measure components with calipers, apply math and mechanical knowledge, and help check work for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean working setting Qualifications
- Motivated, punctual, have the aptitude for this trade and is willing to learn
- Valuable technical and mathematical skills
- Skilled with safely operating different types of machines
- Ability to square a block accurately, receive and check material, and practice good housekeeping Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work
