Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Customer Service and Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Calgary. In this dual-focused role, you will be the primary point of contact for our dealer network and retail clients. You will manage incoming inquiries, provide technical product recommendations, process orders, and proactively build relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer & Dealer Support: Serve as the primary contact for dealers, retail partners, and clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Sales Outreach & Account Growth: Identify new business opportunities, onboard recent dealer accounts, and follow up on sales leads across Western Canada.
- Order Processing & Quotations: Assist clients with product options, light control/opacity requirements, and precise measurements; generate quotes and accurately enter custom order specifications.
- Product Consultation: Provide expert guidance on our product catalog—including roller shades, zebra sheers, cellular shades, and motorization systems (Somfy / Gem Motors).
- Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries regarding order status, logistics, and warranty claims efficiently and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, production, and management teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.



Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:
1–3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or client management (experience in window coverings, home decor, interior design, or building materials is an asset).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling custom dimensions, order specifications, and pricing calculations.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office and quick to learn order management software.
- Problem-Solving
