Job Overview As a Barber, you’ll provide attentive, personalized grooming services and help create a welcoming, well-organized shop experience. You’ll listen to clients’ preferences, recommend suitable styles and products, and support smooth day-to-day service from the front desk to the barber chair. - Consult with clients, communicate clearly about their preferences, and deliver haircuts and styling suited to their requests.
- Maintain clean tools and work areas, following consistent sanitation practices throughout the day.
- Welcome clients, assist with front desk tasks, and support an orderly flow of appointments and service.
- Recommend relevant grooming products and services through helpful retail sales and upselling. Skills Required: Practical hair styling, sanitation,



customer service, and communication skills help you deliver requested services, maintain a clean workspace, and support clients throughout their visit. Preferred: Related barbering or customer-facing experience, along with confidence in retail sales, upselling, and front desk support, can help you contribute to a smooth shop experience.
