Overview The Gestionnaire coordinates daily restaurant operations, supporting smooth service across the dining room and kitchen. This hands-on role combines team leadership, customer care, and practical food service work, helping create a welcoming experience for guests while keeping service organized for colleagues. Duties
- Coordinate daily service, assign tasks, and supervise team members to maintain an efficient, hospitable workplace.
- Support food preparation, cooking, serving, bartending, or barista duties as needed, following protected food handling practices.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS where applicable, and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and coaching team members; respond to guest questions and resolve service concerns.

Requirements Required: Practical leadership, communication, customer service, team coordination, and cash-handling capabilities support daily operations; sound judgment and attention to food safety help maintain reliable service. Preferred: Restaurant management, supervising, food service, restaurant, kitchen, hospitality, or food industry experience, along with familiarity with food preparation, cooking, serving, bartending, barista work, POS or Micros POS, and interviewing, can strengthen your contribution. Hotel experience is also an asset. Pay: $54,500.00-$127,000.00 per year Work
