Job description
Overview We are seeking a motivated Commission Sales Associate to develop business relationships and grow sales with current and existing customers. This role is suited to a customer-focused professional who can identify opportunities, understand client needs, and present relevant products or services. You’ll work with business customers and internal teams to support the sales process from prospecting through account management. NO SALES CLOSING NEEDED. (That's my job) Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales phone calls, prospecting, referrals, and other outreach.
- Given a list of 50-100 prospect businesses to call a day. Script given as well.
- Learn customer goals and recommend appropriate products or services, including technology sales solutions where relevant.
- Apply skills to address customer questions and needs.
- Coordinate with marketing and other teams on campaigns, lead follow-up, and customer communications.
- Record prospect and customer activity, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate information in Sread Sheet and Google Calendar for appointments.
- Review sales activity and customer feedback to identify trends and inform follow-up, using sound analysis skills given to you.




- Provide responsive customer service throughout the sales cycle and help resolve customer concerns.
- Represent the company professionally while on the phone. Skills
- Experience or demonstrated ability in sales, particularly outside sales phone calls or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop support business development and account management.
- Interest in marketing and understanding how outreach can support sales growth.
- Familiarity with CRM tools; Spreadsheets and Google Calendar.
- Technology sales or technical sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong analysis skills, organisation, and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused approach and commitment to excellent customer service.
- French language skills are a plus but not needed.
