Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery is seeking 15 full time seasonal Vineyard Workers to work in our vineyards in the Oliver, Cawston, Okanagan Falls, and West Kelowna area from March 2027 to November 2027. Position Details

Location:
Oliver, Cawston, Okanagan Falls, and West Kelowna area Job Duties Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Tucking and tying grapevines
- Pruning and suckering
- Shoot and crop thinning
- Vineyard netting
- Grape harvesting
- Irrigation
- Weed control
- Vineyard repair and maintenance
- General vineyard labour and other duties as required Qualifications & Requirements




- No previous vineyard experience is required; training will be provided.
- Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including hot, cold, rainy, and wet conditions.
- Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks and remain active for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work as part of a team are required. Pay: $18.25 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 60.0 per week Work
